This is what we chose to do for a living. Filming while creating jobs, engaging the new generation. My only advise to you is to find your dream and chase it.
It is not always easy and you will find a few not very nice people on the way but just carry on and go for it. Find what you are good at and create value for others. The awards and money will be just a side effect.
